Eligibility Overview
Applicants should:
- Be pursuing or accepted into an accredited HVAC, electrical, or plumbing program
- Demonstrate commitment to working in the skilled trades
- Intend to work in Northeastern Pennsylvania or the Southern Tier of New York
- Be in good academic or training standing
