Supporting the Next Generation of Skilled Trades Professionals

At Hinds Energy, we believe the skilled trades are the backbone of our communities. Heating, electrical, and plumbing professionals keep homes safe, businesses operating, and critical infrastructure running every day — often under demanding conditions and tight timelines. As demand for these essential services continues to grow, the need for qualified tradespeople has never been greater.

To help address this shortage and support individuals pursuing meaningful, stable careers, Hinds Energy is proud to offer the Hinds Energy Trade Scholarship, dedicated to students entering or currently enrolled in accredited programs for:

  • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing

Why the Trades Matter

Skilled trades offer rewarding, hands-on careers with strong earning potential, job security, and the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s daily lives. From restoring heat during winter emergencies to ensuring safe electrical systems and reliable plumbing, trades professionals provide essential services that communities depend on year-round.

At Hinds Energy, we have a deep respect for the knowledge, discipline, and craftsmanship required in these fields. Many of our own team members built their careers through technical training and field experience, and we are committed to helping the next generation succeed.
