EFT Payment Program
Enroll in EFT (electronic funds transfer) and your payment will automatically be deducted from your checking or savings account and applied to your Hinds Oil or Felix-Hinds Propane account. With our EFT program you can save time and money! There is one less check to write, and no postage or mailing costs.
In addition, you can receive ten cents off a gallon on your home heating purchase by enrolling in this plan and you are an automatic customer. That coupled with our current prompt pay discount would bring your total savings to 40 cents per gallon!
To participate, simply complete a Direct Debit Agreement Form and include a bank check marked “VOID” if you are choosing to have the funds deducted from yourchecking account. Your bank routing number and account number are normally printed on the bottom of your checks. If you are unsure as to the correct number, please check with your bank. If you choose to have your funds deducted from asavings account please return a bank letter of specification stating your routing and account number.
Credit Card Payment Program
If you place a credit card or debit card on file with us for automatic delivery and billing you can receive an additional five cents per gallon off for a total of 35 cents per gallon savings off of the charge price! Depending on what type of customer you are will determine how the program will work for you.
If you are an automatic delivery customer your card will be charge each time that we make a delivery to your home.
If you are an automatic delivery COD customer you will be charged prior to your delivery. If your tank cannot hold the number of gallons that are predicted then your card will be credited the amount of gallons you did not receive at the price you were initially quoted. Additionally, if any overages are incurred your card will be charged for the remaining balance.
These discounts will be offered through the remainder of 2014.
